Frederico
works and lives in Lisbon, Portugal.
After completing the Master of Architecture
from the FA - Univeristy of Lisbon,
he worked at Aires Mateus e Associados.
During the year of 2020
he founded +3a. architecture,
an architecture team that now collaborates
with more than 10 ateliers,
making more than 60 architecture processes.
Catarina Garcias Soares

Catarina
studied architecture in Lisbon
and completed her studies
in FA - Univeristy of Lisbon.
Afterward, looking for mastering
different types of architecture,
she spent two years working in Bali,
and then she went to Andorra.
Now she is back in Portugal
and developed great knowledge
in Concept Design
and the Tendering stage of projects.

Paulo
with seven years of experience
at Aires Mateus, joined +3a in 2024,
contributing across all
project stages since then.
Born in Santiago, Cabo Verde
he completed his master’s degree
in architecture at Da/UAL Lisbon.
